Satisfactology®   is  rooted  in  a  long  history  of  scientific  management,  dating  from  the  Frederick  Taylor’s  principles  of  scientific  management  in  the  late  1800s,  to  the  concept of  business  process  management  that  was  developed  in  the  early  2000s.

Satisfactology®   integrates  Malcolm  Baldridge  National  Quality  methodology  and  principles,  with  Lean  and  ISO  Quality  Management  System.

Satisfactology®  is  the  brainchild  of  Jerry  Wesley  — Satisfactologist™  and  Transformation  Futurist.   Jerry  is  of  one  of  the  most  innovative  minds  in  customer  satisfaction  science  today.

Satisfactology®   was  born  in  2008,  in  New  York  City  the  largest  city  in  the  United  States.

Jerry’s  background  in  quality  and  ISO  management  can  be  traced  back  to  1992,  when  he  was  recognized  as  a  contributing  Recipient  of  coveted  Malcolm  Baldridge  National  Quality  Award  –  the  nation’s  highest  honor.

Jerry’s   background  in  Lean  can  be  traced  back  to  2008  when  he  began  his  certification  as  a  Lean  Practitioner  that  included  four  levels  of  Toyota  Production   Systems  training.

Dr.  Lazarus  is  an  American  business management  specialist  and  author  of  American  Business  Dictionary.

Dr.  Lazarus  training  background  has  mirrored  the  steps  of  pioneering  greats  like  W.  Edward  Deming  –  known  as  the  Father  of  Quality  Evolution.

Early  in  his  career,  Dr.  Lazarus  shared  office  space  and  a  professional  acquaintance  with  world  renowned  Peter  Drucker  —  known  as  the  Father  of  Modern  Management.
